      OK place to work if you like to sit in a cubicle, do your job and not be bothered by what the rest of the corporation is up to.

      Cons

      Absolutely no incentives to build synergies based on the vast amount of technology the company owns. Each division is a silo, Any work that may improve the company's bottom line by cooperating with a different silo is strongly discouraged.
