      Pros

      As with any company most of the employees were fun to work with.

      Cons

      Don't ask any questions and bow down to the owners and you will fit in just fine. Most of the people who work there hate their job. If you genuinely have an idea or suggestion to make something better they don't want to hear your feedback or opinion and if you give it to them they will tell you that you have a bad attitude. Their is NO career opportunity. Hope you are content with the job they hired you for. They definitely have their favorites in the office too.. Not all employees are treated the same way.

      Pros

      Renew's commitment to continuous improvement is evident in every facet of operations. Strong collaboration, team decision making and growth opportunities have made Renew Digital a great to work at. Leadership team at Renew is invested in employee growth and development.

      Cons

      Variety of tasks can be both pro and a con. Sometimes it might be challenging to balance diverse responsibilities. Also, as Renew Digital grows, the same level of personal connection that was present in earlier stages with colleagues does change as company gets larger.

      Snacks. They try to be nice but intentions without fulfillment is just wasted potential.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they’re doing and it shows. Weird treatment of employees
