Pros
I love the culture at this company. I always feel like I'm heard and that my ideas count. I enjoy the people I work with. Everyone is approachable, easy to get along with, and downright good people. I love the office environment as well. The kitchen is always stocked with snacks, fruit, ice cream, bread, cereal, and condiments. We've got 2 microwaves, a blender, a panini grill and a toaster. I can make my breakfast shake in the morning, get free coffee/tea or water from the water cooler and heat up my lunch (or in some cases make it from scratch!). We have an adequate size gym so I can workout at lunch or after work for free. Sometimes we play games at lunch and we have regular office outings throughout the year where we can bond and get to know one another. This is a company where you have a lot of freedom to learn and try out new things. They love innovation and creativity.
Cons
Because there is so much freedom to grow within your role, there isn't a clear path on how to advance your career or move up. You basically grow and expand your role as you see fit or as is needed. The office building has lots of windows but none of them open so you have to go downstairs and outside to get fresh air. Because it is a small company, sometimes you wear a lot of hats and might feel slightly overwhelmed. You end up doing things that are outside of your role just because you know how to do them and they need to be done.
