      None at all, inexistent, avoid

      Cons

      Management only care about sales turnover, work load is very high and you are expected to do miracles. Micromanagement at its best, high staff turnover, 20 people left in 2 years, when there's only about 35 people working in total in the company. Avoid, unless desperate. No progression opportunities whatsoever.

      Salary was decent. Coworkers were nice.

      Management is horrible. HR is nice but definitely not there for the employees.
