      The fleixbility is nice, but if you need true full time work this is not for you.

      Cons

      Beware the owner! While working there, he withheld an employee's pay because he was mad at them for quitting, and he threatened to do the same when I gave him 2 weeks notice. No one should be threatened by their employer and wages already earned should NEVER be withheld for any reason.

The owner is tireless and creatively always seeking to meet market demands for services and proactively working to expanding the business's knowledge and expertise of new technologies. Management is flexible and understanding while motivating employees to work for the betterment of the business while keeping customer satisfaction always at the forefront of their operation.

      A small business that cannot offer the same benefits of large corporations.
