Pros
The people and the environment are the only redeeming factor in the low pay going no where environment. No matter how hard you work or how much money you save the company no one in upper management cares. Just wait for you 30 cent a year raise. Yes 30 cents a year even when the turn record breaking profits.
Cons
Dead end job. Low pay. 30 cent a year raises.
