      Pros

      Closed on all major holidays. Set hours and days.

      Cons

      Have to do multiple people's jobs daily. Rarely got recognition. Took away the .25 raise you could get every 3 months, now gotta wait for your yearly raise. No incentive to do more than bare minimum.

      Steady hours, Co workers, Sundays off

      Cons

      Sales are hard if you dont want to rip people off, Repos are nasty, They are sneaky people, They will have you in contract you cant afford, then beat your door down to rip it out of your house
