Since starting my role as an Account Manager for Rent4sure in 2020, I've received the positive reinforcement and support I've needed to progress within my role. This was my first professional job since leaving university, and I feel like during this time the management has recognized my potential for growth within the industry. In the last six month I have taken on more responsibility within my role, as well as additional projects to oversee. The commission is uncapped, so employees have the potential to earn well if they're willing to work hard for it. Honestly, I'd highly recommend Rent4sure for anyone looking to peruse a career within the sales / property industry.

The nature of the industry and working within sales generally is very competitive, this is not a role for someone who lacks ambition. We work to meet targets, which can be hard depending on market trends, but are still obtainable. Management are incredibly supportive and make time for each team member on a one to one basis monthly. On site parking is not provided unfortunately, however the office is a five minute walk from Reigate train station and the town offers plenty of alternatives.
