Executives are ambitious but lack a product vision that can deliver the growth an IPO takes. They can't blame their product vision, so expect wild swings in projects, roadmap turnover and treating employees like children who don't have a work ethic.
In engineering specifically, there is no growth path for U.S. based engineers. The senior Thai engineering leadership will not engage with the U.S. side and the U.S. side is not thought of as performing well in general. There has been no promotions on the U.S. side and strong turnover.
