      Trust me, the cons out weight the pros

      Cons

      continually micromanaged but with no direction or leadership, corporate management team is a joke, continually told that "they" are there for you and will make things happen, ya right, more like empty promises and pipe dreams. You can find a better job with actual direction somewhere else, you wont get it with these clowns.
