      Pros

      good work environment, people make you feel part of the team big opportunities, as all start ups, going in early grants the chance to participate more in decisions and taking more responsibilities learning and changing career paths

      Cons

      as a young company, it has to fix some organizational issues international integration, sometimes the different team in other cities as London and New York seem a bit disconnected

      Pros

      The company allows for a lot of liberties and implements new ideas quickly. It is great to see such open mindedness from employees rather than leaving them with no decision making.

      Cons

      Small con that is understandable. Due to the company not being well established yet in the US, there is a lack of structure for processes in the company. This is mostly because the content that was made is mostly done in Portuguese.
