Political - Top managements will tell you no politic but they are better than our current cabinets. No.1 politic. All their mistakes end up on managers and staffs. Waste of time - They will have have meetings 11 hours a day and talk the same thing over and over. Lies - They will promise you a lot of things but nothing happen. HOD - The one who can't understand the logic on how to settle the issues. Talk talk talk.. non stop talk but no solution.
