Pros

Really nice collegues who are super supportive Good exposure to industry trends via townhalls and interacting with coworkers Encouraging bonuses and gifting

Cons

Repstack ultimately values its own income and ability to invoice clients for your work. Its hard to get gazetted holidays as clients are based in the US. You can expect to work on Eid unless your client is very nice. The timings do take a toll on your physical and mental wellbeing, but I obviously wouldn't blame that on the company. The new 6 month MTO contract was enforced upon us out of nowhere. We joined under the impression that the MTO probation period would last 3-4 months. The salary was really low during probation. My advice to anyone currently working as a DMA, EA, or MTO is to make sure that you're not being placed with a client who's work is totally random and unaligned with your experience. Make sure before you go into the placement call that the client's demands are something that you want to work with and/or fully understand! Cheers!

Pros

The hiring process was incredibly clear, efficient, and respectful. Onboarding provided necessary resources for a smooth start. My team was immediately welcoming, fostering a highly collaborative culture. Management set clear expectations and provided support from day one. Quick access to learning materials and essential team member

Cons

Initial onboarding needs more structure and standardization. Current workflow processes occasionally impede quick decision-making. Cross-departmental communication and documentation require optimization. A formalized new-hire mentorship program is missing company-wide. Centralized access to essential training resources is needed.
