Cons
Fully remote can be great, but it also makes it hard to build a strong culture. The company is actively addressing that with an annual weeklong offsite (in Cancun, Mexico), and quarterly budget to have a day off with your local Replicants, etc. but it's still hard.
Light on the benefits and perks side, but that is expected with a Series B company focused on responsibly managing its cash.
