Pros
- The best team I've ever worked with! A rare group with no ego and a real sense of teamwork. - People really are the main commodity at Reposit and the founders have built a company with that evident through-out. You certainly feel like a valued member and not a small cog in a big machine - Get to work in a great WeWork with regular out-of-work events and workshops. - Regular socials and a modern start-up environment where people don't have to clock in or out. - A real culture of everyone taking responsibility for their own work and having a level of autonomy not found at many places.
Cons
- As with any start-up, there isn't necessarily the job security you would find at an established firm but at the same time the growth has been exponential since arriving here last year.
