Let's be honest, many people learn on the job, and some employers are willing to hire with that in mind and carefully nurture new talent - not Reprise. Expect to have to dive head-first into your new position with little to no training and onboarding while from the very onset, expectations are through-the-roof. Also expect to be considered an absolute guru after only weeks in your new position, which is totally unfair. The stress and anxiety you'll face will make you want to quit for own sanity and well-being. Meetings are often long and drag over their schedule, giving you little time to actually focus on tasks for that day.
