There really aren't any pros. They try to make you believe they are FAMILY culture, but they are so far from that, it is mind boggling.

24 hour/7 day a week expectation. Constant pings from slack and must respond to all messages within 10-15 minutes or you will be put on public blast. There are 2 favorites within the company, and they can do nothing wrong but if you do the same thing as they do, you are reprimanded. Constant changes in the rules/expectations and a new spreadsheet daily to fill out but nothing ever changes or comes from the constant filling out of new spreadsheets. No HR department and complaints and issues are either not heard at all or blown off by the VP or owners. Absolutely the worst company and you should stay away if you are considering a position with them. You will not be valued or fairly compensated.

I can’t think of one single thing.

Start Up, Cheap, Not USA compliant in any regulatory departments. Franchise Owner who has no idea how to run their “salon” business, and won’t pay to acquire that knowledge. Horrific 7 day per week expectation. Do not join them is your mature and educated, you will be in shock.
