Pros
fairly easy, decent pay considering you can get hired with no experience. great people who will give you a hand if you need help.
Cons
old crappy equipment will cause issues that will fall back on the operator. stretching themselves pretty thin. some definently work harder than others. management is not great. working 6 days a week and then having management ask you to work on sunday.
