      Parts guys are awesome and always willing to help

      Cons

      Run you to death with bs calls, management is terrible; always tries to blame others instead of themselves. You will run 14 hr days for little to no money.. dispatchers act like they’re your boss.. call backs on new installs all the time.. nothing but new techs that don’t know much and if you’re experienced you will be stuck doing callbacks all the time

      Pros

      I've been here for 11 years and its stable, always has income, steady flow of customers and a great culture. Long term employees are loyal and the facility is beautiful. Lots of training, Great pay

      Cons

      Fast moving and not for anyone lazy. Attitude is important and those who have bad attitudes or work ethic get washed out fast. Coming in late or slacking on the job will get you gone quick.

      Benefits I guess? They use to have better benefits until they sold the company.

      Cons

      Apprentices are paid commissions now. They only have one now since they fired all of them and 2 plumbers. Change pay and let go people quick. The pay sucks now. No direction nothing solid. Not organized what’s over.
