      Pros

      I felt very proud to work in such a beautiful place with such educated people. Products & services that are definitely worth the price.

      Cons

      After the NY location opened up, the micromanaging that was (apparently) necessary to keep that place on the up and up went missing. The management that was left in charge of the day-to-day seemed to not want address issues among staff and was more concerned about "not being the bad guy" than making sure standards were kept in a fair way,

      Pros

      Great Location, Beautiful spa, Excellent products is an understatement, & Genuinely interested Technicians in both their field and their clients.

      Cons

      Standards not up to par; not the spa I agreed to or took pride in working for. I'm sure as a non-regular client, It's still a wonderful place to spend time in. Standards that were paramount when I got hired seemed to have fallen to the wayside around the time of expansion. The owner not being there daily seemed to affect the management style.
