It is very sad to hear that you worked with an illiterate TL (who brings more than 2-3 years of rich experience) for more than a year, but we are surprised and appreciate your tolerance level.
We really hope that you get a literate manager in your next organization and we also hope that you would not write or comment on anything which is not true for that manager.
