Relaxed environment, hybrid work option, some freedom of choosing projects

Cons

Too many people that are unmotivated and lazy. Management will twist the truth to get you to accept projects. Incompetence has lead to loss of personal growth opportunities. The corporate office runs everything from Virginia and refuses to take into consideration opinions of technical employees. Large amounts of cronyism/favoritism and protecting people that do not do their job well.

Have the opportunity to work on different projects/wear many hats. Senior management is approachable, listens to concerns and is open to change, within the framework of government contracts. Employees are friendly. Positive work environment. Employees are not micro-managed.

Cons

You must follow the security rules because RDSI is a government contractor.
