- Management requires training on how to improve goal setting for employees & contracts - Unrealistic goals are more frequently set and management weights heavily in favor of the client - As previously mentioned by others; Research Consultant requires lots of cold calling, not so much "warm calling" as mention upon interviewing/hiring, therefore can be misleading - Not much flexibility; even tho management checks on your progress throughout the week/day via online system. - Micromanagement at some points
