      - Relatively easy work - Can clock out at 5 and leave it at the office - A good job if you're new to Canada/ Montreal and need a work permit

      Cons

      - Bad communication with management - Very repetitive days (basically a call center) - Very lax quality standards, over promises and under delivers to clients

      Pros

      Hard work is rewarded and there are lots of opportunities to learn new skills. A dynamic young team. I'm grateful for the time I spent at RCI!

      Cons

      Not a good fit if a sales environment is not for you. However, everyone would benefit from a sales training!
