      Pros

      They charge a flat fee of $300 per closing and a $50 monthly fee. They offer an easy to use online CMS and other features that facilitate your work.

      Cons

      May be a little intimidating for new agents as they do not have much in-house training. But you have 24 hour access to brokers and support is just a phone call away.
