      Resolute Bank is a Federally Chartered bank , yet isn't so big as to make you feel like you dont matter. Top Management care about you as an individual and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      I havent found any. If you look for problems you will find them, as I am sure with any company.

      Pros

      - The president lives the bank's core values and spreads the message where ever and whenever he can: passion, accountability, professionalism, and honesty. - Small community bank that caters to community customers and small business owners. - Front staff is 100% customer focused. After the first time you enter the bank, they will greet you by your first name forever after that.

      Cons

      They need to increase their brand for more awareness and to get their name out there.
