Pros

The company has, seemingly, a lot of room to grow. I was only there as a temp employee, but it was clear that it was possible, should I want to, to apply for another position. The ability to grow professionally is a definite plus.

Cons

My own experience with the company was more negative than positive. The processes in place to actually get the work done are a slapdash pastiche created on the fly with very little sophistication. Couple that with an absurd lack of training and you are left flailing . Management can be not just cold but outright hostile and belittling and their expectations are unreasonable for new employees,

We have since implemented new software and processes across multiple units within the organization that improve work efficiency and productivity.
