      A lot of focus on safety and well being.

      Cons

      As a supervisor, I was hoping to gain knowledge and grow to be able to promote into a higher leadership position, unfortunately, there was not a lot of room for growth due to the project being so slow moving.

      Pros

      You’ll learn how not to be a bad manager by observing the managers there and doing the opposite. Great insurance for all of the psychiatric medication you will need.

      Abysmal leadership, stagnant project, low morale, commute.
