Work life balance is non existent. Personal life is not respected. Many fires to put out and very little support to do it. Pay is on the lower end. Very little opportunities for meaningful growth. Constant carousel of people leaving. The Average Tenure is less than 2 years which should raise a lot of red flags ... Worst of all is the Poor leadership by the managers. There is no genuine collaboration on how to make things better. It operated more like a dictatorship which made for terrible morale and frankly brought about terrible outcomes for the business.
