Pros

Over the past 4 years, it has been exciting to contribute to the growth and success of ResortSuite. Many new positions are being created regularly to accommodate the rapid changes in technology and the requirements of our clients. It is extremely motivating to be a part of the innovative mindset of the Founder to constantly expand, evolve, and improve the software to better serve our clients. The culture of the company is one of collaboration, teamwork, and active participation. If you choose to be positive, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn, opportunities abound to grow and share directly in the company's success. I am proud to be a member of the team and I am grateful for the support, flexibility, and genuine care on both a professional and personal level shown by my team, colleagues, and Founder.

Cons

No negative comments to share - as with any role, the job is what you choose to make it. Attitude is everything

Pros

- Some of the staff. - Liberty Village is a decent work neighborhood.

Cons

It is comical that ResortSuite "prides" itself on being a tech leader in the Wellness Industry. This company has the most toxic environment that I have ever worked in. The employee's wellness and wellbeing is the lowest priority of the CEO and upper management. They expect you to work extra hours without any compensation. But if you dare to leave early, come in late, or ask to work from home, they scold you, dock pay or dock vacation days. The software is a mess; an oracle based software with too many bugs to count. Development is always pushing out the next release without ever actually fixing the underlying problems. Support is so overloaded with tickets on a daily basis that the department now makes up nearly half the company! Everyone is treated like garbage unless you are in Accounting or the CEO. They are CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!! Their idea of office "culture" is potlucks and birthday cards. There are never any company events or recognition. They provide a "birthday party" once a month. But if you dare to socialize for me than 5 minutes you are yelled at.
