Apprenticeship Management Team treat apprentices like children. Multiple reports of bullying with failure to help and being told to just “suck it up.” Management belittle apprentices who are struggling and tell them they’re better off “working at Tesco.” Instead of helping them. When failing exams, apprentices are told they’re going to struggle and made to feel bad instead of being supported and finding ways to improve. Management push COVID safety rules (eg- wearing a mask and following a one way system) yet, do not follow it themselves. Note: apprentices are ages 16+, some have just come out of school and some are 20+ and have been working previously.
