Pros
I worked over the summers while I had a break from school. It was good full time work that helped me earn money over the summer. You are assigned a number of hours to work per day. So long as you do them all you are ok. That gives you some flexibility regarding when you work.
Cons
The job was outside, which was pretty hot. It also involved some lifting, which may not be for everyone.
