When I joined RG it was full of ambitious and successful people who worked in a collaborative manner to achieve results.
Cons
Very few of the people mentioned above still work for RG. You are made to feel like you should be grateful to work there and any success you have is because of ‘the business’. Consistently told in my 1 to 1’s with CEO & Directors that I need to ‘grow up’ despite leading one of the highest billing teams and being a consistent top 10 biller for multiple years running. If you want an apprentice to help with resourcing roles, timesheets and bookings - you personally have to pay half of their wages. This comes straight out of your salary each month, close to £500 per month. You are also responsible for training them. Sacked people over lockdown although they could have just kept them on furlough, leaving them with no job. Hired them back once people left and they needed to increase headcount.
