Business Outlook
Pros
A fully remote office that gives you lot of flexibility. Management is awesome, they really care about and listen to their team. Turn over is outrageously low with nearly half of the company having worked there 10 years or more. Despite everyone working remotely the company has fostered a really great environment where it feels like a family. There are lots of opportunities for advancement if you show interest in doing other things and learning new skills.
Cons
There are no cons for me. It’s a wonderful company to work for. Other employers should take note.
