Pros
Fast growing company that gives a huge number of opportunities to solve challenging problems. New ideas are encouraged by management in a way I had not really experienced at a company before, and everyone has an opp. to make a proper contribution. Respondent is also 100% remote which is a massive plus as my partner is also remote and so it gives some great flexibility.
Cons
Because of the communication challenges of remote work, we have a lot of meetings, and we could do a better job at being stricter on when a meeting is needed versus making sure there is time for people to execute on plans.
