- The COO micromanages every team, nit-picking, and publicly calling people out and belittling them in meetings. - Small mistakes are amplified, no grace or understanding is ever given. - It's a no-camera culture, so you feel like you don't know anyone. - COO is also the HR department, so there was no way to mediate any issues with them. - CEO is very nice but allows the COO to micro-manage.
