      Pros

      Decent field and software. High ticket margins keep the money flowing. Small competition means they own this part of the market.

      Cons

      Small company mentality to their people. For some reason they expect us all to be close friends and this is a symptom of management's unprofessionalism.

      Pros

      - Remote work, friendly colleagues, nice benefits and bonuses - CEO is very nice

      Cons

      - The COO micromanages every team, nit-picking, and publicly calling people out and belittling them in meetings. - Small mistakes are amplified, no grace or understanding is ever given. - It's a no-camera culture, so you feel like you don't know anyone. - COO is also the HR department, so there was no way to mediate any issues with them. - CEO is very nice but allows the COO to micro-manage.
