Pros

Truly impressive software, intelligent/personable C-suite officers and solid compensation and benefits. Responsive is an industry leader and I'm highly optimistic of the company's future.

Cons

Revolving door at management, poor rollout of new policies and generally incompetent CS leadership. CS leaders overpromised metrics to executives and then panicked when the metrics weren't met. There is no consistency - books of business, KPIs and retention strategies change every few months. Finding your footing in the CS department is impossible with the current personnel.

It is rare to work for a business that has such an incredible story, incredible market fit, and genuinely good people. I have admired this company for 10+ years and worked here ~2 years.

Cons

Sometimes I miss working in an office.
