Pros

The schedule is the only pro. 4-ten hour days is a nice schedule, and a majority of the people at this place are ok!

Cons

One of the partners, (you will figure out which one real quick) has an attitude problem, and would much rather yell at employees and cuss, than make his system better and talk to you like the respectful employee that you are. Really one sour apple ruins the whole bunch here, who likes going to work everyday to an unpredictable boss who yells and cusses at you? This place is trying to grow, maybe the leadership should "grow up" first!

RSI operates with an open-door policy and have in place multiple, safe outlets for voicing concerns.
