Pros

You can work almost anywhere in the country, as long as the CEO approves of the area, you can produce results within the week, you stay glued to your phone at all times, you're okay with absolutely no metrics to actually measure performance or evaluate for commission, and you'll accept whatever commission the CEO deems appropriate for you. But if you're a shark and you kill it, sometimes you'll get to stay at the Hampton Inn over the usual $50/night location she usually approves.

Cons

The CEO fires or makes work impossible for you until you quit unless you're family- then you get to hardly show up, hardly do anything, and still get paid. There is NO middle management; there's entry-level and c-level. Document e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. Every communication, phone call, email with other coworkers, customers and especially the CEO. Once you do quit, if you did good work the CEO will say absolutely anything about you to make you un-hirable to anyone else and if you lied and did no work, she will be politically correct and give you a glowering recommendation. They also recently acquired a second company and don't know how to run either or market either product so the work itself is an uphill battle everyday. Also Leo is NOT the CEO anymore, he's President. Debra Krahel is the CEO. Leo is actually pretty nice.
