Everyone worked together really well in the office. If you needed help or advice on something, there were always multiple people to help. The people in the office all believe in the company's cause, and the atmosphere is very positive.

The pay is low, but it is on par with other ngo salries.

It's a great organisation with a strong mission that is achieving a lot all over the world. They give good opportunities for professional development.

It's very hard to maintain a positive work-life balance. While there are opportunities for advancement, there seems to be a lot of crony-ism in management.
