Flexible hours in the offseason. Dedicated employees that are truly dedicated to improving their community. Great benefits - cheap health care, good 401k match, tuition reimbursment
Cons
Long hours during peak season. A lot of uncertainty among senior leadership in regards of delegation of responsibilities. Possessiveness at leadership level with their programs. Poor work-life balance during peak season
