      -They try to put training in place -monthly bonus for management and their wannabies -

      Cons

      -seem to be all for higher level management -do not want to listen to ideas or problems of employees -no pay equality -spending money in all the wrong places - minimum wage paid

      Great deals. Loved all the items that would come in and I had first dibs.

      Too many bosses. There was no real understanding on who you were to report to.
