Constant lay offs - Anonymous employee RestorePro Reconstruction Employee Review

Not a good company to work for. They lay off people at the end of Q1, beginning of Q2 because they're broke. Then once the summer picks up they panic hire, just to use you and do the same thing again. Management is terrible and not equipped. Very fake people and hide behind being a "faith based" company. Do not work here
