Pros

Good people. Previous techstack was solid. One of the larger IT employers in the region

Cons

With new management came new owners. Delisted from stockexchange and taken over by investment capitalists. Offices are clean-desk and free-seating hellscapes hostile to employees. With insufficient seating. New tech-management brought in a series of people they knew. And proceeded to setup a top-driven nepostistic utopia. If you'r not "in the family", u'r worth nothing. New technical management is reprehensible. Activly steering tech-stach in directions that will cause plenty of security-flaws and incidents in years to come. Ar Culture-wise it's fear-based at some departments, leadership doesn't drive any cultural issues (more than coercing "niceness" whilest themselves firering people they dislike)

Pros

Good people, somewhat sensible technical stack

Cons

New management has sofar only generated a nepotistic mess. And engaged large scale changes in it-dept without ever communicating motivation. IT infra is so busy putting out fires, that fundamental infra-tasks are being taken over by it-dev. With little to no coordination or communication.

Pros

A handful of competent co-workers

Cons

Following the recent management overhaul the bank has become a nepotistic cesspool. All know each other from previous work, which is how the senior mgmt is staffed, and their only ambition is to become a new Klarna. They proclaim they appreciate feedback, but the truth cannot be further apart. The incompetent IT middle management layer (that led the previously failed core-bank transformation) have squeezed out the competent, trying to build a new bank. Again. Won't mention the silent racism (st certain levels) and lack of cultural understanding.
