Pros
You can see the organisation is bringing in change makers to scale up the organisation in the right way. But it takes time to get those processes in place. The leadership team have made massive efforts to develop a structure that will ensure growth is sustainable.
Cons
At the junior levels the salaries are not in line perhaps with the market, but the benefits of working remote actually levels this out when you factor in the cost of commuting these days.
