Amazing place to work - Researcher Rethink Priorities Employee Review

Most people there are very nice and genuinely want to do impact. Very good benefits, managers are nice to employees. When I struggled, they provided A LOT of flexibility about how and when I could work and were very forgiving.

There was a personal conflict at the end of my employment that in my opinion was very mismanaged. It also seemed like the management struggles to give negative feedback.
