Pros

Relaxed work environment. 8.5 sick days a year (never expire) 2 weeks vacation for 0-5 years 3 weeks vacation for 6-10 years 4 weeks vacation for 11+ years 1 Personal day a year Casual summer- jeans/polo (July 4th-Oct.1) Health care coverage for individuals Matching 403b up to 3% Depending on dept. flexible start hours Tuition Reimbursement $1,000 a year as a forgivable loan after a year. Great stepping stone job, RHF is an industry giant and the name is notable within the industry.

Cons

Change is very slow. Paid Holidays include - New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Friday after, and Christmas. Required to work Christmas Eve until 3pm usually (unless vacation day is requested). For a faith-based organization working Christmas Eve is just wrong. Professional dress (ties are required for men) Health care coverage for dependents or families is extremely expensive Normal for annual review to take 6-9 months to complete. 3% - 6% is normal There are no bonus incentives 9/80 schedule is not an option, neither is work from home.

Pros

Flexibility when you need it. Not too difficult of job as long as you can work fairly independently and have good time management.

Cons

When it comes to communication getting to corporate and back the timeliness could be better. Lack of consistency at times depending on who your reporting to can also get frustrating.
