-Independent work structure -Relaxed environment -Friendly Coworkers The job is very easy and enjoyable when all other issues are not present
Cons
-Poor communication from management for external assistance -No understandable company structure -Low pay for full time expectations -May cut hours without any notice -You may be the only employee in the state These are all issues that I have come across and any single one would be a major red flag
