Semi decent pay if you are skilled at transcription and following instructions.
Cons
To make a decent wage, you will have to work unsocial hours and sometimes the work is slow. Also you can't complain ever about the quality of the work or the grading which varies wildly in terms of what is acceptable. You just hope to get a grader that is nice and not having a bad day about how little they are paid.
